Returns Policy

• All tickets, (including all types of gift certificates) are non-refundable.
• All cancellations, including Gift Certificate Bookings, must be received outside 24 hours prior to the departure
• All bookings must be paid in full at least 24 hours in advance and are non-refundable within 24 hours of pre-booked service time unless service is cancelled by DownUnder Jet
• Same day bookings are non-refundable.
• Any cancellations made within 24 hours (or 'no shows') will incur a 100% cancellation fee, inclusive of Gift Certificate bookings, tickets will be forfeited by passengers.
• DownUnder Jet reserves the right to cancel or void your gift certificate if you make a booking and do not show up, or show up late. This is inclusive of same day bookings (ie. those made on the same day as departure).
• Clients must be at the wharf 15 minutes prior to boarding. DownUnder Jet reserves the right to resell the seats after this time and charge the client in full if these seats cannot be resold.
• In the event that DownUnder Jet must cancel a booking due to inclement weather or for any other reason guests will be given the option to reschedule. If this is not possible a refund will be organised.
